Growth Marketing Manager- Swan, Dubai
Responsibilities:
Identify target audiences, establish positioning, and develop marketing strategy with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
Manage the end-to-end funnel optimization from Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue & Advocacy
Manage monthly planning of social media, digital creatives, offline collaterals & mass media initiatives.
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to
build successful strategies.
Partner with product team to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
Relationship building with retail partners, media partners & other key players in the region to promote Swan organically.
Manage a team of 2-3 members and partner agencies.
Qualification
Overall experience of 8-10 years in marketing with e-commerce firms. Experience of scaling startups in service domain is preferred.
Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Experience of Growth marketing in a B2C startup for at least 2-3 years in the Middle-East
Hands on experience of Online User Acquisition across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads and digital Ad networks
Experience of using digital CRM tools (such as Clevertap) for customer engagement and retention.
Experience of leveraging attribution tools such as Adjust to understand and analyze user conversions
