Reporting into the partner, this role will work on 

- transactions from an accounting side

- merger accounts

- prepare financial statements for carve outs, accounting work in a deal

To be considered for this role, you must -

- be educated upto a bachelors level in finance or equivalent

- possess MBA or equivalent from a reputable university

- be a qualified accountant 

- have similar experience in a leadership role, ideally in big4, within financial services and energy sector

- possess demonstrable conflic resolution skills
