CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To Maximise operations business performance by ensuring and confirming compliance to Almarai business/Quality management systems across the operation division and its inputs.

 

ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Graduate in Dairy or Food science. Experience in Dairy industry, Computer knowledge in data management. Speak and write good English. Good communication skills. Auditing experience. Knowledge of GMP Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005 and AIB. Knowledge of Q Pulse or any electronic documentation system.

 

COMPETENCIES:

-Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, ISO22000:2005 and HACCP.

-Computer knowledge in MS OFFICE.

-Speak and write good English. Result oriented.

-Organised.
