Job Description:

The new CEO will have a track record in driving business transformation/change management. 

The core focus of the business is managing third party real estate assets, connected through the groups clients. 

You will have a minimum of 10+ years property management experience gained in the local industry, with at least 5+ years Executive-level management experience. 

The successful candidate will need strong operation and finance experience, team management and problem solving skills.
