What You'll Do


Lead Brand, Marketing, Content & PR strategy

Manage marketing strategy and execution in support of flavor storytelling, product launches, and campaign executions/activations. Lead go-to-market strategy for LTOs to drive buzz, trial, and sales.

Liaise with the regional teams and consumer department team members to ensure consistency of message, voice, tonality, and alignment with other PR, Branding, and Marketing strategies

Build, test, and implement initiatives and experiences that connect the Kitopi consumer across channels and create the best possible brand experience to drive loyalty and retention throughout the Kitopi ecosystem. Lead high-touch, magic-driving experiences for customers across channels, online and offline; surprise & delight initiatives. Own measurement and reporting for initiatives in collaboration with channel & marketing leads. 

Own and maintain brand & marketing calendar, ensuring cross-channel alignment between business channels. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and channel leaders to ensure cohesion and flawless execution of consumer-facing communications during campaign and evergreen periods.

Partner with the Creative team to brief campaigns, projects, and marketing initiatives and ensure cohesive and flawless execution of campaigns across business channels and the brand. 

Always be on the lookout of competition and trends and ensure you are always leveraging momentum.

Develop a yearly marketing strategy once a year for both online, offline, and within aggregators.

Develop yearly branding uplift and strategy once a year in collaboration with the Creative Designer squad.

Continuously evaluate and improve the end-to-end guest experience, including leading campaign postmortems and reporting

Partner with the social team and external agencies to create breakthrough, culture-driving marketing programs and content plans

Drive brand awareness to customers, suppliers, and potential collaborators.

Constantly implementing quality checks via tastings and kitchen audits with the Chef squad on your brands and adjusting accordingly

Brand Growth

Study brand coverage and industry trends and increase brand value and cuisine segment growth in the market.

Create a launch plan for all new brands in your portfolio once a year.

Be an integral team member in providing all items needed for the brand playbook needed for brand expansion.

Be able to build and manage the brand P&L within Kitopi

Create a brand rollout plan once a year for all markets.

Develop thorough plans to increase brand awareness, sales, customer acquisition, retention on Aggregators with the Customer Success team.

Manage projects and serve as brand ambassador between kitchen managers, supply chain, chefs, customer service team, tech & product to ensure there's a smooth flow between our kitchens and delivery aggregators.

Liaise with the Performance Marketing team to utilize key metrics to drive growth, conversions, and profitability for your brand and cuisine category.

Work cross-functionally with internal team members to provide valuable information for product launches, marketing campaigns, and setting product/brand success metrics

Build strong partnerships with cross-functional finance, operations, supply chain, and technology teams to translate strategic ideas into action - including menu innovations, marketing campaigns and promotions

Facilitate winning decisions with data, facts, and thoughtful analysis, biased to Consumer benefits but understanding of the Financial and Operations perspective

Oversee digital ratings, reviews, and customer feedback and synthesize learnings on a daily basis to share with key stakeholders.

Brand Optimization

Be the single point of contact for all things relating to the success of your brand and building strong relationships in a fun and respectful environment.

Regularly connect with other brand managers to learn, be inspired, and collaborate on other brands via marketing, standardization or optimization.

Research, brainstorm and develop a product development calendar for your brands with the Chef squad.


What We Are Looking For ?

Bachelor's Degree, Marketing or Business

MBA preferred

5years of applicable experience 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

4+ years professional experience in brand marketing at a consumer brand; preferably at a F&B Hospitality business with multiple retail channels 

Hands-on experience in strategizing and executing omnichannel marketing programs and campaigns, including development of and measurement against performance metrics.  

Understanding of paid media landscape across digital, TV, OOH, print, audio and experience executing 360 advertising campaigns across both organic and paid media channels. 

Guest experience and retail design experience in hospitality or relevant customer-focused industry; digital marketing and loyalty program experience a plus

Result-oriented: you set goals and knock them out of the park. 

Proactivity and curiosity: you ask questions and challenge the norm.  You ask, how can this be better? More unique?

Excellent project and process management skills and exceptional organizational skills – you’re all about the checklist, the color coding, the follow up process, and more. 

Collaboration and cross-functional teamwork:  you love working with others and are great at building relationships inside and outside of your department.
