Job Description
Compiles employees' time and production records, using calculator or computer: Reviews timesheets, work charts, and timecards for completeness.
Computes total time worked by employees, using calculator or computer, posts time worked to master timesheet, and routes timesheet.
May locate workers on jobs at various times to verify attendance of workers listed on daily spot sheet and be designated Spotter.
Preparation of billing reconciliation sheet Actual Vs approved purchase order
Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly timesheet and get approval from Client.
Submission of approved timesheet in Client system in line with issued client purchase order
Coordinate with project team and get the appropriate information for the supply of manpower and prepare the monthly billing report
Submission of signed invoice in client ERP system on priority basis.
Preparation of monthly reconciliation report
Basis knowledge of Microsoft Excel & ERP system
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
2+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role
Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately
Ability to translate and analyze data into reports
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Must be available in Oman with NOC.
