Job Description
Management graduate with 10 to 15 yrs experience in the same role with a manufacturing / supply chain business enterprise.
A task master with excellent commanding and admn skills will be desirable.
Shall be a part of the management team and able to drive the entire operations smoothly and timely

Requirements:-
• The ability to lead, direct and develop a strong team, gaining respect by action and example, having presence, gravitas and charisma, to stand out amongst others.
• Proven ability to establish, develop and successfully implement business strategies that gain real traction in the business and flow through to the bottom line in terms of improved financial results.
• A natural leader who has respect for people and the ability to bring the best out of them.
• A self-starter who is not afraid to challenge received wisdom and has the resilience to pursue legitimate business aims and objectives.
• Able to handle the team for Supply chain/Logisitic, Warehouse, Planning, Logistic, Customer happiness.
• Shall be expert in follow up and task completion within time frame
• ERP Knowledge is mandatory
• Shall be expert in People management
• Shall be a critical thinker, solution finder
• Well versed with Quality management system
