Office Manager- Robert Walters, Abu Dhabi
Job Description
The role will report directly to the Managing Partner of the business and requires a candidate with proven experience managing HR and Administration teams within a professional services firm.
Manage a team of 12 secretaries and 3 Office Support
Reporting to the Managing Partner based in Dubai
Work closely with finance regarding facilities and office issues
Coordinate staff welfare activities including periodic team building events
Responsible for confidential management of employee and personnel records
Maintain staff timesheets and leave records
Manage contract end dates and ensure staff appraisal is completed for contract renewal
Prepare and manage consultants agreements
Responsible for employee guidance and counseling as and when required
Provide useful and accurate staff data for the job evaluation process and reward models
Manage the disciplinary processes in concert with relevant manager and in accordance with the set guidelines
Manage the Human Resources Information System to ensure accurate and timely availability of information and management reports
Candidate Requirements
Fluent in English with a strong level of written skills
Polished and presentable
Bachelors Degree
Proven experience in a similar position managing admin and HR teams
Must live in Abu Dhabi and be able to travel to Dubai for meetings when required
