Create quality recipe and menu items
Ensure that the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
Control and direct the food preparation process
Oversee daily operations in the kitchen from major menu highlights, special requests and staffing
Manage P&L and forecasts for the restaurant together with top management

Open to Asian and Arabic nationality
40 years old and below
