Job Description

Implement strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises and facility management

Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments, inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations including control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.

Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors

Handle renewals and service contracts, Keep financial and non-financial records

Manage a team and implement SOP’s, SLA’s and reporting’s

Skills

Open to Indian and Filipino nationals

Male, 40 years old and below

BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field

At least 10 years of experience in the same field/ industry, with at least 5 years in same role

Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices

Must have a basic knowledge in accounting and finance principles

Immediate joiners will be prioritized
