In this role, you will: Shape, drive, orchestrate propositions for large Digital Transformation; develop and improve industry positioning and visibility (in the Industry of focus); develop and manage productive Client relationships within the Industry of focus. In this position, you will play leadership role in developing and executing Sales & Business Development strategy, drive Digital Transformation’s sales growth, through new partnerships and collaboration agreements by articulating value-propositions of the products and services to potential customers, and seamlessly collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

To bring your dream to life, you’ll need: Master’s in Business Administration / Advanced Degree in Engineering or Computer Science 12 + years in Business Development, Channel Management, Account Management, Strategic Alliance or Partner Relationship Management – within the context of Digital Transformation or Technology solutions design/ implementation Skills (Technical & Non-Technical)

Direct experience and thorough understanding of the Industry dynamics (in relation to the specific Industry of focus)

Experience in designing, selling and/or delivering technology-based solutions

Experience with sales strategy planning and execution, sales operations, business planning, and sales support management;

Significant track record of success developing, managing and executing sales strategies; this includes expertise in creating and managing budgets, external resources and relationships;

Excellent team building skills, proven results building, motivating, coaching and leading highly effective teams, across levels, in agile environments;

Ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environment with agility

Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation and analytical skills.

Self-motivated and entrepreneurial; a leader as well as doer and a subject matter expert;

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization;

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally;
