Job Description

A highly experience compliance professional is required by a regional bank based in Qatar to head up their compliance and financial crime function. The post will be responsible for developing strategy, policies and procedures to ensure local and international regulations are complied with and they have strong processes and best practice for the regulation of AML, counter financing terrorism and KYC. You will lead and develop an established team of compliance specialists and work closely with the business and all stakeholders to ensure the function is managing all compliance issues effectively. Candidates should have held a senior compliance management or Head of Compliance role with in a retail/commercial bank in a sophisticated regulatory environment. The role is rewarded by an attractive tax free salary and benefits package and bonus scheme.
