Team Lead, Channel Sales, Middle East & Africa- Zoom, Dubai
We are looking for a Team Lead, Channel Sales focussing on Middle East and Africa with the personal drive and track record of success in developing strong channel sales success with Carrier/Service Providers, regional Resellers and a Referral partner network.
This position involves managing key relationships, identifying Carrier, & Focus Reseller partners and supporting France Referral Partners. Must have experience working with Service Providers, Resellers and managing SaaS Resale Demand Generation as well as a track record of channel enablement & revenue success working in SaaS, cloud, & UC/Video collaboration market. As the Channel Sales team is growing significantly, we are looking for a player-coach type person with leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Managing sales execution & growth of key Reseller and Referral including sales enablement, pipeline development and business plan reporting for Focus Resell and Carrier partners. Onboarding & managing Referral partners to growing Referral leads.
Build business plans with target Referral partners to drive mindshare, lead and SaaS growth
Execute sales training and marketing planning.
Track sales pipeline and bookings against quota and other metric
Managing Enterprise partners, covering complex sale cycles and executing targets.
Requirements:
At least 5 years working in channel for a technology company preferably in software/SaaS vendor, UC or Video collaboration focus preferable.
Extremely strategic, experience selling into Telco and used to complex sales cycles.
Experience with Resellers & AV/UC Partners in the UK
Track record of channel sales success.
Experience with sales management engagement and communication
Enterprise focus.
Fluency in English and Arabic
