Job Description
• Installing/Configuring computer hardware operating Systems/Applications / It service desk Analyst / Service desk Management / Active Directory • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks • Troubleshooting System/Network problems and diagnosing/solving hardware or software faults • Candidate should be able to evaluate new technology • Log service requests into the ITSM service desk solution • Resolves service requests • Provides call center support to IT service requests from business users • Escalates service requests to T2 operational support teams
