JOB DESCRIPTION


1. Administration and Communication 

Proactively update calendars, prepare agenda and provide support for HR meetings. 

Book and handle travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, visas and itineraries for the department 

Correspond on behalf of the department on issues related to routine business when deemed necessary and particularly when senior management is travelling or out of office. 

Manage HR Heads appointment calendar, scheduling meetings and communications, when needed 

Escalate important issues to Assistant Manager for his/her advice and act according to advice. 

Maintain holiday schedule for Digital HR and Leadership Team. 

Prepare and process HR Heads monthly expense claims 

Prepare presentations, organization structures and other sensitive documents necessary for Board meetings, NRC AOP, etc. 

Answer employee/HR queries on HR related matters. 


2. Recruitment and On boarding 

Organize executive level interviews and prepare supporting documents on a as needed basis. 

Help in identifying key talent as per business requirements. 

Create on boarding plans for HR Heads’ direct reports. 


3. HR Operations Support  

Organize and maintain an organised and efficient e-filing system for the department and handle documents with utmost confidentiality. 

Ensure seamless transition of radiology employees/clinicians in the new AMI -UAE vertical. 

Ensure soft copies of documents are managed properly in a secure HR database and in a manner for easy retrieval of documents. 

Facilitate the routing/distribution of memos, guidelines to the department.  

Manage and circulate employee birthday updates. 

Plans events on behalf of HR Head 


4. HRMS Support & Special Projects 

Provide HRMS training and support to the function 

Design and execute any special projects under the leadership of HR Head 


Job interactions 

Coordinates with various departments related to internal communications and other HR operations 

Coordinates with shareholders, third party vendors and agencies, candidates, government authorities etc. 


Minimum Experience 

4 - 7 years
