 Financial Analyst- Al Mulla Group, Kuwait

Responsibilities

•Supervision of the Finance department

•Preparation and supervision of Financial Information

•Accounting in accordance with IFRS & IAS

•Maintain the General Ledger and Financial accounts

•Prepare Management Reports – monthly & periodically as required.

•Supervision and monitoring Accounts Receivables & Payables function

•Supervision and Control on all receipts and payments

•Prepare and Participate in Financial Analysis, reviews & presentation of results to management

•Develop, prepare, review & monitor Business plans.

•Liaison with external auditors on the Annual statutory audits for Local regulator, Principal and timely filing of Accounts with the authorities

•Effective reporting and communication on critical areas of control

•Handle Cash Management, CAPEX processes & Working Capital Management.

•Compilation, interpretation & review of Financial & Business performance information for strategic decision making.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications

Education Degree: MastersMajor: • Business Administration / Finance • Certified in CA / CMA / CFA / CPA / ACCA

Experience

Years of Experience: 5 - 15    Years

Field of Experience

: Insurance industry experience

Skills

•Working knowledge in Accounting Concepts & application oriented clarity in IFRS & IAS

•High degree of Accountability, Integrity & Responsibility in all tasks assigned.

•Advanced level of Excel knowledge - managing large data, use of vertical lookups, pivot tables, Macros & creation of reports.

•Strong Analytical skills

•Detail-oriented; placing a great value on accuracy
