Brief Description - Job Purpose

Under the direct supervision of Retail Operations Manager UAE, the incumbent will provide administrative support to Retail Operations. The role requires extensive co-ordination, data collating and data analysis and administration.

Detailed Description

Principal Accountabilities 

1.     Co-Ordination

Extensive Co-ordination between Retail Outlets, Site-in-Charge, Retail Field Supervisors and Area Managers to ensure that data collected, reviewed and analyzed based on the criteria of the “Retail Challenge Program” covering the monthly “Star Employee of the Month” and “Site of the Quarter”.

2.     Non Financial Data Collation & Analysis

Ensure data collated on time and analyzed as per the criteria specified in the Retail Challenge Program for the two aspects specified above.

3.     Financial Data Analysis

Provide complete financial details for the program from COGNOS for each retail outlet and comparisons made with previous quarter/month as specified in the program.

4.     Performance Tracking

Monitor performance of each individual site and summary of data is saved and documents filed for any follow up/ audit. 

5.     Rewarding Ceremony

Co-ordinate with Retail Operations Staff & F/A to ensure the staff/site selected are rewarded thru the monthly pay roll and ensure Certificates are prepared and signed by the Retail Operations Manager for distribution. 

6.     Program Administration

Prepare reports related to the program covering:

§  Staff Feed back

§  KPI’s related to success of the program

§  Other requirements as and when requested by Retail Operations Manager

7.     Support  Stand Alone and New sites operations

§  Tasked with activating/deactivating verifone passwords for non allocated sites. 

Minimum Requirements

§  High School Certificate/Degree

§  Minimum two years experience in a similar role or at Retail Site Level

§  Team player

§  Familiar with MS Office Program

§  Strong Analytical skills
