Hiring a Receptionist for Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
Directing persons visiting the office to the concerned Department.
Answering or referring inquiries.
Providing general administrative and clerical support.
Managing the telephone system takes calls, screens calls and directs calls.
Preparing correspondence and documents.
Receive, sort and dispatch mail deliveries to the concerned associate.
Receiving and sorting mail deliveries.
Organizing conference and meeting room booking.
Scheduling appointments.
Tidying and maintaining the reception area.
Coordinating meetings and organize catering.
Controlling inventory relevant to reception area.
Key Requirements:
High school Diploma.
Minimum 2 years Experience as a Receptionist.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good customer service skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Sound Knowledge of MS Excel.
